I purchased a chair from Office Depot on 3/30 as I had to start working from home because of the Corona, and company had everyone that could work from home do so. On 9/8 I had to reach out several time to various number, and emails to get information about the warranty. After several tried I got a response from suppert at od support dot com that I would have to wait approximately 10 weeks for a replacement part. I've been trying to wait it out but the chair is getting worse, and unable to replace on my own dime. Buyer beware of Office Depot's lack of customer care, and bad products (Brenton Studio Chair). I called the store to see if they would do anything for me and the first guy David said that they couldn't do anything. The manager Tom then took the call and said he can't hear well on the phone, but ended up offering for me to bring the chair out. If they have stock they might be able to exchange. I tried to provide information so that he could tell me before coming out 45 minutes one way if they had the chair or not, but asked me to just come out. Last purchase I will make with them. Amazon would have had this corrected by now, and that's where I'll take my business next time instead of trying to support other businesses.

Went in to find an office chair. There was one online for 75, in store it was marked 129, I asked an employee about it and he seemed confused as to what I was asking him, all he could tell me was they had blue in stock. I found another chair, my husband found a different employee to ask if they had any in stock, it said they did online. He took the tag on the chair to ask her and she showed him where the display was, she also seemed very confused by his question. We ended up going to Staples in Bridgewater Falls, they seemed way less confused by life.

Awful experience. I needed a large file printed, it should have been easy, but it was not. After standing at the printer for at least twenty minutes with three employees standing behind me, I asked if there was another printing option. I had to email me file to the man and he would print it for me. Ok, great. Except he kept walking away from me, completely preoccupied with whatever he was stocking. Ok. So, how much?? Well, 71 cents for a color copy, 32 after my discount - which he explains as if I'm taking food from his children. Only half of the pages are color, but we can't do anything about that here, and I don't feel like dropping 50 dollars on a Dinosaur curriculum. Printing at the library is 25 cents and the customer service will likely far exceed what I experienced last night. I'll drive out of my way to find nicer people.
