Our family traveled from out of state for the OZ Trails US Pro Cup and would have missed the race without the help of the staff at Phat Tire in Springdale. The mechanic, Daniel, had the bike repaired and race-ready just in time. Everyone we encountered here was knowledgeable and very friendly. The shop had great inventory and is in a beautiful area on the greenway.

This shop has excellent service and a very polite and helpful staff. They saved our trip by servicing one of our bikes as a walk in. If that bike hadn't been serviced we would not have ridden that day. They got it fixed up quickly and it performed awesomely for our rides over the next few days.
