Beautiful spot to stay right near the entrance of the park. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are kind and informative. Plus there's a hot tub with a fantastic view! Sadly we were only stopping in Zion a short while, but Sharon helped us make the most of it. Can't wait to visit again.

We stayed at the Red Rock Inn for 3 nights in April 2021. The rooms were very clean and well equipped for my wife and me. Everything was well maintained. Very quaint little “cottage” feel. The great thing was it’s proximity to eating and shopping in the little downtown Springdale. Truly a great restaurant within 50-100 yards. Market right across the street. Only a couple miles from the Zion National Park entrance. They provided breakfast at nearby restaurants. Very delicious. If I were to go back to visit the area, I would stay here again.

1st time to Zion and I will HIGHLY recommend staying at Red Rock Inn. We booked on Hotels.com. Sharon greeted us when we pulled in pulling a trailer with our RZR side by side and made us feel like family from the minute we pulled up to the property. Knowing that it was our 1st time to town, and her knowledge of the town, she gave us so many tips & ideas of great things to do & see. We stayed in the Gifford Suite and absolutely loved it! It was very spacious and could easily sleep 4 people comfortably. Bathroom was so cozy and had an awesome large jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in shower as well. A double vanity sink made it very easy for 2 of us to get ready at the same time. There was also a jacuzzi at the top of the hill overlooking the town and amazing panoramic views of the surrounding canyon walls. The family operated B&B was stellar from start to finish! We will definitely be coming back to see more of what Zion NP has to offer. And to top it all off, they offer a breakfast voucher for a couple local restaurants with your stay. And we went to Oscars Cafe and had amazing food and friendly service there as well.

Great place with great service. The owner Sharon, who you see commenting on all these reviews, is amazing. She doesn’t sit in a corporate office far away. She will greet you personally and tell you everything you need to know about Zion. The rooms are tastefully furnished and have great pictures of Zion taken by her and her son. The stars from the hot tub are amazing. There’s only a few cottages so they are able to deliver great service. ️️️️️

We received personal attention and wonderful hospitality. The quaint cabins are located in a great area to walk around. The complimentary breakfast was a very nice addition!

My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our birthdays here! We stayed 3 nights during the last week of January and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We stayed in the Gifford cottage, which was the perfect size for the two of us. Very roomy, modernly decorated and had a gorgeous bathroom. The deep, soaking, jetted tub was perfect for a day after hiking in Zion! We also used the hot tub out back and the view was unreal! Sadly, we didn’t get to experience Oscar’s for breakfast because they had some maintenance issues but Sharon refunded us. We also had a night were a snow storm came through so our cable went out but we texted Clarissa and she opened the front so we could grab a couple DVDs. 10 stars! Highly suggested staying here!

My wife and I are traveling in our 19.5 ft camper van. Because of the cold temps in Zion, we decided to treat ourselves to two night here. Sharon runs the show, and she was incredibly lovely and helpful. The large bath with jets in the room was very welcome after a hard day climbing Angel's Landing trail! Just enough space in the lot for our van, but anything larger would likely need to find parking nearby.

My partner and I stayed here for a couple days and I would recommend this place to anyone! It’s less than a 5 minute drive to the south entrance of Zion National Park and the room we stayed in was very nice and we LOVED the decor. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit!
