Ordered the super pack and they didn't include the pickles, peppers, onions or any bread. The food was good, but I would have liked everything that was supposed to be included with the meal.

Even though I was late arriving for my pick up order, they made every effort to keep my food warm. It has been a few years since I last visited a Rib Crib, but I may change that after tonight. The Super Spud fully loaded with brisket hit the spot. The spud may have been small than when I've ordered in the past, but it was fluffy and not dry. The brisket was tender, juicy, and robust with flavor that sauce wasn't needed. I wish more options were available on the app, but I'll continue to eat the spuds as they're presented until changes are made and I will return soon.
Great food and great service. My wife got a gift certificate for Christmas (Jim's Old Fashioned Service); so we tried a pound each of pulled pork and sliced brisket. I'd say it's as satisfying as the homemade bbq I make, without the long hours spent tending to it. We're already planning a return trip to try the sausage and ribs! Thanks to Bob & Trish for dinner!
We found out Wed. Night is \ladies night\ which the ladies get a special menu, with items marked at 50%off. It is not the entire menu you normally would get but everything we got was good. Tues. Night is all you can eat ribs. We got enough to take home for later. The only problem was getting someone to refill our drinks.
First time here! The wait for the food wasn't as long as I thought, food came fast, I was with 4 other people and we were all served at the same! The food was great too! But the sad thing for me was that the good deals that they have are for other days and for that one day only.
