I am so thankful that I took my kitty to this vet hospital I had called five veterinarians before calling them and they were all booked. My cat had been attacked by two dogs I knew I had to get her in. I was so thankful that they made room for me. The staff is so kind and explained everything to me clearly. She is home and healing and doing really really well thank you to the Doctor and nurses Who helped her who took the time and care With her. This is the only veterinarian hospital I will use now for all my kitties. What a blessing to find them.

We had a wonderful experience here! When we brought our two baby guinea pigs home, they were very happy. The staff and Dr. Williams are very friendly and helpful.
Went in to get dewormer for my pet and was refused bc the pet hasn’t had an appointment there. It’s not a prescription by the way. Do you want to make any money?? That’s one of the many reason my family stopped taking there pets there. They’re greedy. Or maybe not since they won’t take customers with money to spend due to not ever having an appointment. Dumb.
Me and my girlfriend took our cat to this vet. We found that she is very sick and is in need of a temporary diet. They gave us two cans of food, telling us to make that last from Thursday to Monday. After some research, she should be eating two cans, A DAY. All they had to say about it was that they were out and so they told us to make it last. They TOLD us to starve our sweet kitty. When I told them how ridiculous this was, they asked, “did you go to vet school”. How crazy is that.
Placed my dog on Amitriptyline 50mg 1 bid. Sold me a \sample\ of 30 tablets for 43.50. Kate Williams said she would call and check on my dog in two weeks to see how he was doing. She did not. I called to get a prescription for the Amitriptyline since it is cheaper at my pharmacy. ( There is no Amitriptyline made for pets,) it's the same one prescribed for humans. I called in the morning and asked for the prescription and stated I would come by that evening. After I get there, they made me wait 25 minutes then told me, after I asked several times, the vet didn't write prescriptions but would call it in to my pharmacy. I told them the name of my pharmacy and they said it would be just a few minutes. I drove back on the other side of town to Harps. No prescription, after 50 minutes and several calls, the pharmacy Manager finally got the prescription. He filled it for 120 tablets 50mg for 13.33. Walmart also charges the same price 13.33. Today I get an email from St Francis Animal Hospital stating there is a change to their policies. One stated she will no longer write prescriptions so people can get the meds through any of the reputable services or your own pharmacy. You must get them through her online pharmacy. You can guess by now the markup on the same meds. It stated \the vet wants to ensure the medication is not out of date.\ You really think your pharmacist is going to sell out of date medications? The name St. Francis on this building definately does not refer to the patron saint of animals. He cared about animals, not a markup of 174.00 for the same prescription for 13.33.
