Cheapest place to rent quality gear from. We went online and reserved a couple of e-bikes to ride up the canyon and then arrived early to pick them up before the craziness began. The process was simple and easy. The staff was extremely helpful and the overall experience made it worthwhile. So glad we decided to use this company.

Dry suit package was top notch for hiking the Narrows in February. Waded through spots that were waist deep and stayed dried and warm. Neoprene socks keep my feet warm the whole time. The boots were sturdy with good grip.

I worked in proximity to this retail store and equipment operation. They are very professional and thorough in both areas. If you rent a bike or gear for the Narrows in Zion National Park, they've got you covered. In their 'basement ' is a mens and womans showers and toilet facility. Their staff is very patient and understanding and willing to help with their gear. Also, their retail operation has a variety of gifts and other sundries for the Zion National Park guest. Overall, they have a lot to offer and do a good job of it.

Pretty amazing store, friendly staff, very knowledgable about their products, the service was very prompt and the prices were right. I got equipment to go and hike the narrrows at Zion and i rented a dry suit, boots and an E-bike. All of their equipment was in fantastic condition, worked flawlessly and the staff were knowledgeable enough to advise the newcomers what we needed for a successful trip. I highly recommend this store and hope to patronize them in in the future.

Compared to other people that come to Zion Outfitters to rent gear, we used their showers. I was very surprised at how clean it was. It costs 4 for 5 minutes and it was enough time for me. You’ll get your own private shower with a stool to set your personal stuff. I charged my phone by the sinks and it was safe, many people were doing the same thing. There are about 4 shower rooms and I used the showers 3 times and I never had to wait for the showers to freed up. Showers are open till 11 pm, there is WIFI available too :)
