These guys are always so helpful! My Mom went in to get wiper blades and not only did the gentleman install the blades, he helped her change a bad fuse because she couldn't open that plastic box. You guys ROCK!

The staff at Napa is always helpful and understanding. They have helped me find and order auto supplies they don't carry and have them shipped in for me. We needed a part for our RV while camping in the White Mountains on Monday, June 15th. The gentleman in the store (Mr. Tyson?) had to deal with a lady who didn't know much of anything about this item. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. After about 20 minutes, I walked out of the store with a smile on my face. He was really professional and helpful. And treated me respectfully. Only request is that staff at this store should wear masks during the COVID epidemic. Otherwise, A

I passed through here on vacation and had some immediate and unexpected a/c needs on my truck. I assumed I needed some more refrigerant but, after buying it, I realized that my a/c belt tensioner had broken. Luckily for me, they had the tensioner and few tools I needed to replace it. I, being a mechanic myself, was able to get it done in the parking lot right then and there in no time. They were very professional and friendly and I'm extremely glad they were there as the temps were in the mid-90's. My dogs and family and I were definitely very happy to get the a/c going again.
