Very expensive out of pocket! I had an open wound on my ankle due to pooling blood. This was before my vein procedure. The staff were all nice and professional. I went a total of one day a week (Monday), for nine weeks. Each week, the staff would try a different product. I was to keep the dressing on for two days, change it, then leave it for another two days. The staff would change it on Monday, and try something different. Each week, they measured and took pictures of the size of the wound. The wound gradually, became smaller. The wound finally closed up completely, after the vein procedure. I go by my nickname, which it took the staff a few weeks to acknowledge. They should have a place on their chart for "preferred name".

Lovely center and staff . . . but they charged me a specialist copay for each visit and neglected to inform me they'd be upcoding each as "outpatient surgery" and the remainder of the 250 for each of 12 visits would show up in my mailbox 2 months later. I am still disputing the charges and wouldn't use McKenzie Willamette again if my life literally depended on it. I have never encountered a more dishonest facility.
Was in for repeated visits. I was startled with how friendly they all were - as well as being really professional and efficient. Wounds can be gory, but they didn't have that hardened stand offish approach. Don't want to see them again - unless its on the street and not in the clinic. :-)
They helped me when I was told I was going to have surgery on my lymph nodes explained everything that would happen during my healing stages.
