Dr Delaney and her nursing team have been awesome so far. I missed my first online appointment (online because of COVID) due to my own screw up and was quickly fixed for the next one within the day. It followed up with lab tests/blood tests for my husband and myself. There was a little screw up at the lab but definitely not the office fault, more like a system error. The nurse at the lab eventually did draw the blood required for the tests. This was next followed up with a face-to-face visit. I had to wait a while but I guess that’s normal - you have to wait for most appointments in any other clinics or even dentists anyway. Dr Delaney was clear in explaining and clarifying my queries. Her office also helped me a lot with my insurance (weeks and weeks of debate with Aetna). It was so stressful dealing with Aetna who actually overrides the doctor’s decision. Aetna also provided wrong information making the office fax in stuff multiple times to different locations/numbers. The office has been very patient with Aetna for weeks and I am really grateful for that. The office is also very efficient and responsive, my messages get answered within the working day and when I needed medication, the prescription reached the selected pharmacy almost immediately. Special mentions to Dr Delaney, Tina, Talia and Ellen who have been so patient dealing with my frustrations and queries. I forward to my subsequent visits and upcoming procedure with them.
