Only two days in, but this is one of the best crossfit locations I been to. Brian and his wife take great care of the place and make sure to get to know everyone personally. It’s chill, fun, and make you feel at home as soon as you open the Fridge.. not fridge, door.. fridge door? Never-mind, you’ll understand when you see it.

Never been here but I know this city like I know myself in terms of traffic...As long as I have lived here for 25 years....Jefferson Street has ALWAYS been a very busy and fast paced street...I walk down Jefferson a lot so knowing how people can be although it's my right as a pedestrian to cross first, I don't cause these people on that street can be very pushy. No need to give a bad review on a business when these drivers drive like it's San Antonio Texas (believe me I have been to San Antonio, 80 is the lowest you can drive under speed limit). This business can't control traffic, they picked a good location for business and that's perfectly fine. They can't help people not following driving laws.

I started CrossFit in January 2017 as part of a 6 week women only challenge held by Capital City CrossFit. That first week was brutal.. but you know I got through it! And I have continued to come back every week since because I absolutely enjoy every minute of it. I needed the structure. From the trainers to the people.. Brian has built one heck of a community!! #C3strong

Cars are speeding down the middle turn lane on W. Jefferson \ a white or cream colored SUV\ to be exact at 8:25am this morning 07/16/19 (tues) speeding east bound down that middle lane past the Gas N Wash tried to hit my car to pull into your lot & totally blocking me from turning into the Senior Living straight across the street, I had to back up to be able to turn bcuz this idiot sped right up apprx 5 inches from the front of my vehicle...their ight away\ is \behind my car\ to turn into your lot NOT in front of me to turn!! Something needs done about this driver period & others need to get into the turn lane properly too...I see alot of other vehicles doing the same thing, alot of the Seniors are complaining of this also... So theres more that the cream colored SUV driving down the turn lane like a speeding idiot, they get over way down past the car wash, the turn lane is NOT a lane to just use to drive, \its for a turn only\... I will also draw attention to this with the Spfld Police...
