Totally and utterly recommend this care home . The staff are amazing, the place is kept immaculate, the food is lovely and varied. But I think what impressed me most was the activities provided on a daily basis. The residents were occupied, busy, engaged, entertained and happy. My mum spent 4 very happy years there and whenever we visited, nothing was ever too much for the staff. They were polite, professional and fun. From management to auxiliary staff, everyone cared.

Springfield Care Home looked after my Nanna for the last two years of her life, before she sadly passed a couple of weeks ago at 89 years of age. Over the last two years, I have gotten to know most members of staff, and the care, dignity and respect that the residents are treated with should be commended. The place is immaculate inside and out, and they work tirelessly to keep the residents comfortable, entertained and safe. With a beautiful en-suite room, regular hair appointments and manicures, day trips out, games and shows, and nutritious meals, and surrounded by new-found friends, my Nanna has had a better quality of life in the past two years than she had for almost eight years prior to that. As much as she missed her family home, she'd often tell us she wished she'd moved there sooner. We were lucky to see her old spark return, after years of illness and loneliness. Our family could never ever thank the staff of Springfield enough for everything they have done for our Nanna.

My auntie lived here for a good few years, and I can't fault any of the care she was given, the staff and management were absolutely fantastic with her and her needs! I can not rate Springfield house high enough! You all do an amazing job and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the care you gave to my aunt enough!!
