An absolutely beautiful store with amazing customer service. Jeannie helped me pick out a gift during quarantine and quickly delivered it to my doorstep when the store wasn’t open. When I was able to visit the store I was so impressed and loved everything inside and out. The owners are so kind and helpful, I can’t wait to go back. Springfield is lucky to have another local store for beautiful home decor and gifts.

Their furnishings are unique to anything you will see anywhere in Springfield and extremely friendly service. They even took some extra time to gift wrap my purchase for my wife. I love this place! The decor strikes that perfect balance where it’s not ultra modern, but clean and chic with some beautiful vintage pieces thrown in the mix. The best part, though, is stopping in to chat with Jeannie and Jesse. These ladies are knowledgeable and friendly and it is a pleasure to visit with them. House Counsel is my new go-to store for gifts. They have something for everyone and I’ll definitely be shopping here for the upcoming holiday season.
