We used Kovacs for our grandparents, uncle and mother. Each time they were very kind and very helpful during a difficult period. I would definitely recommend them.

Absolute worst place. Avoid at all costs. I realize people never look the same but this was disgusting. My beautiful mother in law looked like a Halloween prop. Someone also described her as looking like a gray trash bag. What a horrible job they did with everything. My sister in law walked in and said she thought they put the wrong person in the casket and then she had to redo her makeup and hair. They didn't even use the lipstick we gave them for her. Our friends and family were so distressed by seeing that and we can never get that back. They also did a horrible job at the viewing and funeral. There was no one there to usher people in and direct them where to go. When my husband confronted Michael, the owner and crappy makeup artist, about it, he would not even look my husband in the eye. My husband told him he owes our family a huge apology and he just said \ok\ and did not even offer an apology and was rather standoffish about the entire thing. He also cut off another funeral procession on the way into the cemetery and alot of the cars from both got mixed into the wrong procession. It was total stress and chaos with us having to call friends and family to tell them where they needed to go. The entire experience was absolutely heartbreaking.
