Ms. Brady was amazing helped us find a car that fit our income and needs. As well as not pushing us to get something right away. Once we found our car time became a bit of an issue so they let us drive overnight so I could still have a way back and forth from work that night. My salesman Aaron Phillips actually found the perfect SAHARA Jeep Wrangler at an unbeatable price. I asked a lot of questions and am more than comfortable with my purchase decision. Within 2 hours I had the keys and was on my way.

We had a very poor experience at Landmark in the past week. 1. Van towed to dealer last week as it would not start 2. We called many days in a row nobody answers the phone 3. When we do get an answer they say they have not even looked at it after they had it for 3 days 4. They finally called and said it was done just battery change...that took 4 days? 5. Went to pick it up and wife went into service entrance. She came out quickly by herself with keys as they told her it was somewhere in west lot 6. She told me nobody inside was wearing masks! In summary - poor communication, poor service, poor safety.

My friend Chip posted a picture of a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willys Edition on facebook and I fell in love with it. I was very happy with my black 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but I told Chip if he could get me a sweet deal on the red one that was sitting on their lot I would consider trading. At 11:00 am on Wednesday I sent Chip my information and by 5:00 pm that same day I was signing the papers on a Red 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willys !! I really had no intentions of trading my Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they gave me an awesome deal that I could not pass up ! My salesman, Troy Minton, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about this Jeep. This purchase was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I went to Landmark Chrysler Jeep Springfield, IL. My daughter and I were searching for my Jeep. We were wondering around parking lot. Brandon Austin was out and about. We stopped and asked him questions. He helped us, searched what we were looking for,etc. We test drove a Jeep with Brandon in vehicle with us. He was a very good salesman. He was kind, not pushing what so ever, answered all my questions . I ended up buying a brand new 2021 Jeep!! It was a very good experience for Jeep shopping and would recommend Landmark Chrysler Jeep for your vehicle buying needs..and Ask for Brandon Austin!!!
