Great experience and very helpful. I got a good price and helpful advice from Todd and Joy. They were gracious and heartwarming to work with.. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to have them take care of my funeral when I pass so my family can have the same experience. The staff of Major Family Funeral Home were the most compassionate, and extremely helpful in dealing with the loss of my Dad. His passing was unexpected, so I was far from being prepared for this. Not only did they help and guide me with every aspect of the procedure, but they did so in such a friendly and caring manner. They were very accommodating working with me from a distance, and truly made this life experience occur in as positive of a manner possible. They are a pleasure to work with, and I'm so grateful that I chose Major Family Funeral Home to participate in this with me. I am honored to leave them this five-star review.
Excellent service with compassionate, wonderful advice -that we did not receive at other funeral places in Springfield. We have our funerals planned and paid for, a GREAT relief and it will be a nice parting gift to our children. Thank you Major's!!
For anybody that finds themselves in the unfortunate circumstance of having to find somebody to get them through the process of the loss of a love one should definitely call Todd or joy at majors family as these people truly care and will get you through a very very troubling time. Their customer service is exceptional not only at the time of death but have been so kind and helpful months later , you feel like you have been dealing with family all along. 5 stars does not even begin to rate how wonderful Major Family was to our family. They provided loving care from the minute they picked up my mom in the middle of the night til the day we said goodbye. I hope they know how much our family appreciates them and recommends all the services they provide.
