Place is clean and relaxing. Positives end there. Paid for a \sports massage\ and was given a lukewarm and somewhat painful swedish. I even reiterated to the tech before the massage this and areas that needed attention and she just ignored it or didn't understand. Did not wipe cold lotion off of body with hot towel when finished either. Price online did not match in store price. Absolutely horrible and would not recommend.

This is the best massage I've ever had in my entire life. And I get massages regularly. I requested a 2 hour deep tissue and Tony, I HIGHLY recommend him, did a fantastic job. Please note, THEY ARE INSIDE THE MALL! Right next to Nordstrom Rack! Five stars!!!
