Amtrak Train was to arrive on Platform B yet no signs anywhere for Platform B After walking around for 5 minutes, I asked at front desk. He told me there isn't a sign for platform B and I had to go through a gate with a sign that says Authorized Personnel Only on platform C. I think it's really irritating that I had to ask someone and then I got a response that there isn't a sign so you basically have to guess where this platform is because there is absolutely no signage. It was really confusing and a lot of people were walking around on platform C asking where platform B was. You would think that they would have appropriate signs for platforms so be careful because there is not adequate signs or any type of help.

Every other major station that handles all the major transportation buses trains etc has some who give u info on all except this one

Very clean, has 2 restrooms, and security is on thier toes when it comes to any kind of trouble brewing. Has a Dunkin Donuts, and a convenience store as well.
