I see Dr. McKelvey who's been my provider for 20 years. We have a great patient/physician relationship. He's very thorough, but allows me to advocate for myself as well! I like this office setting for him better than the former place. Never had a problem with the front desk, lab techs, or anyone there. Sometimes takes bit past the appt time to meet, but think that's many practices. I do appreciate they've adjusted to accepting web call appts in the midst of this time of COVID-19.

Worst place to deal with, I apparently had a bill for a small amount of 40 I did not know about and they sent it to collections after 60 days and ruined my perfect credit and now I do not know who to pay and they are zero help. They never called to collect payment or see why I was it was not paid yet, they have no problem destroying peoples lives and you think they would try to extend a pay period or at least reach out with it being a pandemic.

This place is extremely professional and the staff is super friendly. They were able to see us (my husband and I)today after we waited 2 and a half hours at an urgent care to be seen. Once we arrived and after we were able to see the doctor, we were able to get all the tests done for my husband since he was sick and we left within an hour of arriving with answers to why he was sick and the prescription we needed. This is our new home for our family healthcare.

I have had little to no problems with staff at other medical facilities, but here has been a complete and utter nightmare. The doctors are adequate for base needs but are very short and express. The staff, that's where the true weekness rest. They are extremely unorganized, rude, and unable to solve simple issues.

The staff at the front desk are always professional and helpful. Dr. McKelvey is the best and most thorough doctor I have ever seen.
