The sales staff were very accommodating, and did not pressure my wife and I into a sale. We told them exactly what we wanted, and even though they did not have any in stock on their lot, they reached out to a dealership that did and had the vehicle transferred over. Reggie Small was super nice, and even took the time to show my wife and I all the bells and whistles on our new RAV4, and how they work. James with the finance staff was extremely polite and thoroughly explained every step to us. If you're in the market for a new car, definitely go to Springhill Toyota.

Love the hot coffee and sometimes donuts while waiting for my service in the lobby. Only complaint I would have is the long wait even doing a simple task like an oil change. Usually takes about 2 hours.

I made contact with Springhill about buying a Tacoma. While we couldnt come to an agreement on both my vehicles I wanted to trade in, it wasn't from lack of trying on their part. Reggie Small worked hard at swinging a deal. We just couldn't reach an agreement. They even came to my residence to do an appraisal of my vehicles (something no other dealership was willing to do, even Palmers being only a mile from my residence). This isn't your typical review since I didn't purchase anything. But, I feel praise is warranted where it is warranted. UPDATE: 6-26-2020 - Many thanks to GM Ricardy and super salesman Reggie Small for going above and beyond what most car dealerships do to make a deal with a customer. Mr. Ricardy worked diligently (and with great patience) to secure both a deal and Tacoma. Mr. Reggie Small is probably the most trustworthy salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. If you want a Toyota, you can't beat Springhill Toyota. Make sure to ask for Mr. Reggie Small. Just a tremendous man!
