The worst customer service ever. The doctors are very good. Receptionist are unprofessional, when they suppose to be supportive for 111, and they are sending people to them without responsibility reason. I get advice to raport it.

One or two of the doctors are brilliant and I thank them for the help i received, unfortunately there are some that seem to have no clue what they are actually doing. A complaint was made to NHS trust regarding the way i was spoken to by a very abrupt/rude cockney sounding receptionist and the way the surgery refused a prescription over the phone (not everyone is able to walk) (this complaint was upheld). If you want reassurance, a place to feel safe, respect and polite people who know what they are doing I would suggest you look at the other surgeries in Chard
Very well organised service today at the surgery for flu vaccine, a very well oiled clock well done to all of you and helpers.

Had a text message to make a non urgent telephone appointment, nothing available until January, why are there never any appointments in that week. ? I work full time, and gave several times when I would be available but nothing suits.....
