I was treated with such kindness by everyone. I had at least one million questions about my insurance and Lydia took the time to answer every one of them and helped in even picking a new dental insurance. I even called her after I left and had a few more questions and she explained everything in detail. My helper in the back was Anna and she treated me like royalty. I will go back. Dr. Sing made me laugh the whole time, I was a nervous wreck but he really helped me not be anxious for my procedure coming up. This place is amazing and I already have my whole family going there.

My first visit, Dr. Singh made it a point to come and introduce himself to me before I ever sat down in the dental chair. He and his staff were very thorough with my examination and he explained everything to me during and after. Bonus, they also take cleanliness and hand hygiene seriously. Which is super important regardless of the pandemic. I’ll definitely be a regular. Thank you for making me feel welcomed.

Springtown Smiles did a very good job on extracting one of my teeth. Kayla and Dr Singh did a good job and I’m pleased with my visit

Horrible service. My appointment was moved several times without my knowledge. Some lady by the name of lydia called me on the day of the appointment requesting insurance information when that was provided previously to my appoitnment date. This ladty literally sat there an argued with me on the phone and wouldn't stop talking over me. I hate that this was my experience before seeing the actual dentist. Please consider having some training done and communications skills done for your office staff. HORRIBLE.

Brought my father down for a much needed senior dental health check up and to establish care. The dental team was well attentive, kind and knowledgeable. The facility is just finishing up final touches to their new brand new facility and what a beauty it is! Although my father was a bear and anxious the Provider was very comforting in her approach and educating him on why he needed the care that he did. Looking forward to establishing our family here in the near future. Springtown should be very proud of its shinning jewel of a practice it’s has!

Everyone is so nice and very polite. Every visit was nice and both doctors are extremely nice and gentle. The only thing I really wished that had been completed was the partials like what I do believe I was told that I was going to get that my insurance approved, but it wasn't done and with all the extractions that was done, it's really hard to eat now, and the one tooth that I went in for intentionality, didn't even get pulled and is still bothering me. Now that all my insurance money has been maxed I have to suffer for a year before my insurance will pay for it to be pulled and partials to be put in. So now also I have an awful smile due to a front tooth being pulled and nothing to replace it. . So I was told that if I wanted more treatment, it would all be out of pocket now, which I told them I'm on disability and can't afford a whole lot, they have financial help, but didn't offer that to me today when I went in for post op exam to see if where the extractions were healing ok. I really need that tooth out and I can pay it out, but I wasn't even asked, it's like they forgot all about that tooth and since my insurance was maxed it's almost like I was being rushed out the door, " ok you're all done all is healing well, you're all good, thank you", " keep brushing and flossing, you're teeth are so clean, thank you". And I was done, not even 30 min and I was done and out of the office.
