I saw a guy in Dollar General the other day. He was a kind man..and I took notice of his company vehicle in case I ever needed service. It was Tim’s Towing. Quite literally the next day or two. My son in law was driving my Cadillac Escalade and it broke down. I couldn’t remember the name of the company and googled towing near me. It was the first to pop up. I was so happy. I called and spoke to Tim. He was kind, knowledgeable and we asked him to tow our vehicle to a shop in Keller. He gave me a number and it was much better than I expected. He also told me what he thought was wrong with my vehicle. My husband then asked me to see if he had a shop. He does. I was surprised that he had not tried to get me to go to his shop...he was just that honorable. He didn’t try to encroach on someone else’s business. I also found out that the kind man I had met in Dollar General was his son, Eric. The next day he called us and told us the vehicle was fixed. His prices were excellent for tow, parts and labor! Can’t beat this kind of down home, quality service. I praise God for putting these people in our path. They will definitely be our go to from now on. Thanks Tim’s Towing!

The owner of Tim's towing was turning around to tow a neighbors car across the street and backed up into my mother's mailbox crushing it. He would have driven off if my son hadn't stopped him which he then denied backing into until it was brought to his attention that it was caught on camera. He could've cared less. I decided to call their office rather than report it to their insurance company out of courtesy. I was told it would be replaced so I emailed a photo and size and let them know the pole and base were still intact. Few weeks later it was replaced with a mailbox half the size with one screw holding it up and with the base over extended preventing the door from opening correctly. I called them to ask if it would be fixed...never heard back from them. Not worth my time to pursue someone like this but I will hold onto the incident report that was issued. I've replaced my share of mailboxes over the years so it's something I don't enjoy doing or paying for. I always try to handle these situations with respect to the other party but apparently that's not always the best way. I very rarely give bad reviews but I especially don't like people being taking advantage of because I didn't speak up. I do have an incident report to back this Google review up.

I called every other tow truck in the area and everyone was busy. My husband‘s truck was broken down on the side of the road with all of his tools in it and we needed a tow right now! It was a Sunday evening around 7:00 pm & Tim was Johnny on the spot! He is very professional! I would highly recommend him!

I would highly recommend telling AAA to send another roadside service if they tell you that Tim’s Towing will be coming. I had an issue with my front axle and called AAA to request a tow. Tim from Tim’s towing showed up and immediately began photographing my truck without any kind of communication. Tim then told me that he had brought the wrong truck for the job and would need a flatbed for the tow. He told me that because I had off-road tires (truck is not even lifted) that AAA would not cover my service. He then told me that he would go get a flatbed and tow me the 5 miles if I offered him 200 cash. I told him I was not interested, and he drove off. I contacted a AAA supervisor who told me that this was absolutely incorrect, and that they would be happy to make a note of my tires for the next technician. I’m certain we are not the first people to fall victim to this con man, and I feel sorry for the people that actually fall for it. He takes advantage of tired/ stressed people that have possibly been waiting hours for a petty cash grab. He chooses whatever jobs are easy and thinks his time is more valuable than anyone else’s. Any employee from a larger towing service would get fired for acting in such a way, but Tim gets away with it and endorses these fraudulent business practices.

My SUV broke down on the side of the road and called my roadside assistance. They said it would take the tow truck an hour to get there but they got there in about 30 minutes! Very nice guy that towed my car to the dealership!!
