Dean needs to learn some customer service skills, junior staff members know better customer service than this guy. Please if you are in a customer service industry and are there to educate customers about your products, have a bit of empathy towards clients who don't understand your jargons and technicalities. Company is great but this guy needs to go back to basics.

We've had the pleasure in dealing with Sprint Intercom for well over 20 years. Their products, customer service and technical support have always been outstanding. Greg and his experienced team have always helped us in choosing the best suited products for our good clients for hundreds of varied projects. Recently, I was having an issue repairing an old IP intercom for one client, and an issue with a camera installation with some tricky settings that I couldn't get working for another client. Luckily, Sprint was there to help. Thankyou to Keiran for meeting me out on site to fix one issue, and to Steve for going above and beyond with a long afterhours phone call to sort out the other issue. Warning - unreliable! Stay away! Worst supplier out of the 20 that I deal with. Unreliable, unprofessional and will leave you in the lurch. Isaac in particular was unknowledgeable, rude, unsympathetic and abrasive. The moment you have any issues or need any support, they will stonewall you! I wish I had known better! Keep your money away from this disrespectful and ungrateful lot!
