For many of us COVID19 was a very difficult time, the talent pool was large and not enough jobs were available. The process in finding a job was becoming so difficult and draining. Thankfully, I came across a job post through Sprint People. I was contacted straight away and had a one to one with Naomi, she was fantastic! Naomi filled me with so much hope and confidence again. Even though times were tough she promised to find me the perfect fit! No doubt a couple of months later I had a call from Naomi telling me she did just that. I am now 4 months into my role and I couldn't be happier, she knew exactly what I wanted and I couldn't of picked a more perfect placement. Thank you so much Naomi and the team at Sprint for giving me such a wonderful experience and helping me with my career endeavors.

The Sprint Team are truly 1 in a million! From my initial interview with them, I knew from their quirky office, friendly team and 5 star service, that they are in a league of their own. They genuinely have your best interest at heart and will go above and beyond to ensure you land your dream job, and feel appreciated, heard and fulfilled. I receive regular check-ins from Hannah and Naomi (absolute superstars), and it is comforting to know that they have your back, especially during this tough climate (COVID). Whenever I have any queries on payroll, or require any support documents, Cole (the Office manager) waves his magic wand and provides a solution in a matter of minutes. His responsiveness and his regular updates are refreshing, and ensures everything runs like clock work. When they have got word that I have worked over time, or am performing well in my role, they have surprised me with a gift and thoughtful card, to remind me that I am valued. Wowsers! I have never experienced this kind of service, and cannot highly reccomend them enough :)
