i recently had decided to upgrade the sound system in my 2019 street glide after looking around at 7, yes 7 different places gathering quotes and information Fx audio seemed to be by far the most professional and knowledgeable people for the job Ray and his team explained how to reach my goal and what was needed after more research into the product they had recommended i gave the go ahead. the whole process was smooth and i was kept in the loop through out it and was left with a finished product that succeeded my expectations the whole experience could not have been better as someone who personally settles for nothing less than the best i can assure you that FX audio is the best at what they do and i would recommend them highly. i can not express enough how talented, friendly and professional Ray and his team is.

If you love music. This is absolutely without a doubt the best shop I've ever dealt with! They just completed my most recent car audio install experience here . Its unbelievable. I have just found myself in the shop sitting in the car listening to the stereo! I had to writ this review. I have been dealing with this great company for 15 years at least, and at this location. No small feat these days! They have SUPERCEDED my expectations everytime , WITHOUT FAIL! I was a walk in customer, looking to purchase a replacement car starter fob. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and had my new fob programmed in about 30 minutes. Fast service and very reasonable pricing!

Bait and switch. I told them on the phone I was looking for a replacement remote easy enough, they tell me it will be one price for the remote or another for an upgrade I ask if it has an lcd display like mine they tell me yes and tell me it will be approximately a price, then say they have a cancellation transfers me to another guy to book on. than call me to see if I can come in earlier I come in pass them my keys they tell me to take a seat, So I ask just to make sure I have confirmed what is being upgraded they tell me its a basic remote or else what I was offered would be twice as much... Every step of the way Walked away would never do business with crooked individuals. Save your money and go someplace else

My fob wasn't working consistently and I suspected a dead battery. I'm not a car guy so I went to the adjacent NAPA to get a new one. After buying they informed me policy said they couldn't install it for me. Walked over to F/X. The gentleman behind the counter tested the old batteries and said he was surprised it worked at all. He tested the new batteries I bought elsewhere just in case they sat on the shelf to long and installed them in my fob. He even showed me how all the buttons worked as it is a used car I bought online sight unseen not even knowing it had a remote starter. When I asked him what I owned him he said don't worry about it pressed the starter, and said it's running. Guess where my entire family is going for all their car starter needs from now on.
