Awesome locally owned shop, great instructors if you are looking to take lessons new or an old player looking to improve your skills like I am! Would recommend them to anyone.

Gave one star because I couldn't give 0. Owner is a stubborn boy. Friend bought an amp for 165 and was told 30 day policy on return with refund. Friend was told amp had certain features that it did not have so it was unusable. Brought it back and was told return would be fine once manager arrived. Was told this by two different employees. When time comes for transaction, manager and owner both flip the story and won't offer refund. Bad customer service. Store was dirty and cluttered. The sign is a great indicator of the business, in rough shape. Also employees all had different info on return policy. Update: Regarding the reply. The return WAS denied. My friend had a simple situation and got a simple answer: No refund. Cash for the refund was not necessary as this was a debit transaction.

I really appreciate how patient the staff were with my son and all of his questions and comments. They did a very good job of quickly changing his guitar strings. Strongly recommend.

Helpful but condecending staff member. The type to look at you weird for listening to popular music. Inquired about vocal lessons and was stared at and basically discouraged. Was given two excuses about why I shouldn't pursue lessons there, before being told the price and times. Magic tattoos guy, not cool. Thanks for answering my questions about vocal monitoring though.
