If you have storage needs this is the place you should go to! The staff is friendly, professional and kind. We have been clients at Sentinel since 2016 and are totally happy with the service there. Security and maintenance is second to none. The manger Barb is an awesome lady! She is so friendly, kind and thoughtful and will always have your back. From day one you will feel like you've known her forever! I highly recommend this company.

I am new to renting a storage locker and Barb is wonderful. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to ask me questions to help me determine what size I would need. She was extremely thorough in explaining the paperwork and I enjoyed talking with her. She works hard but has a good sense of humour as well which can make one’s situation just a little less stressful. Thanks Barb for being so kind and helpful and helping us in our journey. Went to sentinel to buy supplies and Barb was amazing.So nice to see there is customer service still out there.Barb came over asked me what I was packing and made a suggestion .At the end I felt so welcome and she even helped me to the car .If you still want customer service go see Barb and experience for your self .thank you barb.
Sentinal has a number of facilities on Diamond Ave. These units are well cared for, snow and ice removal is prompt, and the storage units are clean and well maintained. My favorite part, however, is the manager. Barb Kennedy is friendly, helpful, and if there is time, a good conversationalist. I have been a client for about a year, and look forward to being there for some time to come.
