Highly recommend Spa Tech! Exceptional customer service every time. Our previous hot tub experience was beyond horrible. Gauged for over and over. So when we found Laura she was so incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We’ve had chemical balancing issues. She’s been able to help us thru all of it. We can appreciate all the effort and time she has put in. Thank you!

I have owned a few hot tubs and have had good experiences with many different repair companies. I Would not recommend this company. There are other more honest repair companies around. In 3 service calls my experience has been negative 2/3. They overcharge for their services and have poor communication. The last straw is when don’t show up when they have a booked appointment. Added edited response to the company: parking is not an issue. There is visitor parking as well as a parking stall on the road. You could have contacted me to ask for the parking spot or say you are no longer coming instead of wasting a day of my time waiting around for your tech

We purchased a hot tub in August and have had some issues balancing the chemicals. Shaun came to the house took a water sample back to the store and offered to deliver chemicals if needed as he was close by. Have had so many calls with Lia and she has helped me over the phone and walked me through the process balancing the chemicals several times. From the sale up until now, Exceptional customer service. Many business' could learn from them what customer service is all about. Definately would recommend them. They go above and beyond for their customers
After some confusion and speaking with the lovely Lady at Spa -Tech yesterday, she cleared some things up for me. I realized after that my frustration should not have been directed to Spa-Tech but the supplier,she assured me she will send some contacts for me to reach out to so I can find out what I can do to remedy the situation, please accept my apoligy
Called Spa Tech to help get my tub working after being out of action for a long time. Shawn came and helped with a pump replacement. He was super to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. So happy I called Spa Tech. The staff at the store is also super helpful.
Used this company over the past month to fix a hot tub and then the tub just stoped working and they told me they couldn’t come out for 4 weeks and that my tub will freeze and they didn't care. I ask for the owner to call me and never got a phone call. I would not recommend this company cause they will do work and then leave you and not come back to repair. In the summer probably not a big deal but in the winter it could wreck a tub. Very disappointed. Also I was not told about pump earlier and it’s not on one invoice And never got a call back from this company after my complaint so didn't speak to service manager. Also the pump was completely of and not working at all so hot tub would have froze so they also lied about that. Sad to see this company would resort to lies instead of doing the right thing.
