Me and my wife was trying to change our car to do the trade in but we couldn't because our loan is too new according to the banks, but I was impressed by the service and follow ups given by the people at Hyundai spruce grove, specially DEAN, and the finance manager the lady's name I forgot and the manager who's name I forgot as well. My friends recommended me some other dealerships and I did try with them before coming here but they never bothered to follow up or keep me as a future customer, all those dealerships just never got back to me when they knew a deal couldn't be done asap. But spruce grove Hyundai followed up, finance manager explained to us in detail what we should do and how to proceed in the future and Dean did the same too. You guys did a great job and saved a customer for the future or may be for life which the other dealerships didn't bother to. Will be coming back to you guys when things are clear. Thank you.

Didn't have a good experience there. Bought a car and found some loose wires in the trunk, at first they said it's nothing, when I showed them the sparkles, they accepted to remove it, THEN MY REMOTE STARTER STOPPED WORKING! Also the rear brake was jammed, asked them to check it twice, they said all is good, had to fix it myself. They never took responsibility for any of these.
