These guys are awesome, despite the pandemic they make themselves available at all times of the day. Even a step ahead with the delivery. Very friendly and will always let you know of any side effects the doctor may have missed.

This review is for the PHARMACY. I was looking to switch from superstore pharmacy for quite some time but wasn’t really sure where I should switch. I happened to just pop in here because I had a question for a pharmacist and I was in the area. Mina (the manager) was so helpful! Their staff has been great so far and I have no complaints. I love that I can drop off my prescription and I don’t have to come back a couple hours later. Their fees are the same as what I was paying at superstore so that’s awesome. So far I’m happy with the switch.

Always very friendly & helpful with explaining anything & addressing any questions or concerns. I also love the fact that they deliver your medications as well, as being a bit of a shut-in makes going out a bit of a problem at times. Even when they deliver, they offer to wait while you check to ensure everything is all there & if something isn't right or is missing they bend over backwards to fix it ASAP, usually the same day or the next. It's the only place where i've gotten a flu shot & never felt a thing! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for caring, professional & competant help. Thumbs up!

With regards to the travel clinic, I used the service in order to prepare for my trip to Greece in April of 2019 and again in January 2020 in preparation for Peru. On each occasion I was helped by a different pharmacist, and both looked into the respective countries and gave me recommendations; and provided the required shots in quick and prompt manner, with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy. I recommend and will be using their service in future.

I have been attending this pharmacy for nearly 2 years. They have seen the worst and the best of me as I struggled with addiction. Mina, Maureen and their staff are hands down the most incredible pharmacists I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with. They are kind, caring, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, they call me to fallow up on any new prescriptions, they take the TIME to make sure your needs are 100% met. With out the support of Mina, Maureen and their staff I can honestly say I would not be clean today. They encouraged me, had faith in me the worst of times, and they praised me the best of times. I will NEVER in this lifetime ever go to another pharmacy, as an addict I have been to MANY pharmacists. I trust them with my life, I would take their advice over a physicians advice any day of the week. They are a complete separate entity from the doctors office, as I’ve read and seen a few bad reviews in regards to the clinic, it’s unfortunate that the pharmacy is connected to the clinic. I would and do recommend this pharmacy over any in Spruce or Stony Plain. Thank you to all the staff in the pharmacy for the encouragement, and all the help I’ve been given along the way. Also they are prescribing pharmacists so most basic medications they can help with if your unable to see your physician right away. AND..... they offer a travel clinic for any vaccines you may require before you travel. Their like a little family :)
