I found this store and went in to get a sim card for an old phone. Niraj waited on me. Very friendly and great service so much that my husband and I went in again yesterday. Niraj again waited on us. Very knowledgeable friendly service is what we got. We noticed the other clerks also friendly to customers. We came out all outfitted with new phones. PC points were a great added touch. Got to love great service. Very COVID conscious place.

I had the same cell plan for 13 years. When I went shopping that day I had no intention of getting a new cell phone plan. However Niraj approached me and asked about my plan. I brushed him off. But he was persistent and said he was sure he could get me a better deal so I decided to check it out and sure enough he got me double the data for 5 less per month and a new phone. 20GB with no over fees and all the add ons for 75. I was super happy as I've tried numerous times to find a better deal and never being able to find one. Thanks Niraj! You really know your stuff!

Amazing service! Had terrible issues with Roger's quoted the same thing to both of them and had no problems at virgin! Harsh was very kind and respectful hearing my problems I had had with Roger's and even gave me better then what I could have asked for. I got a free case and all over a trade in from my other phone which Roger's didn't even offer me! If you want a phone plan I highly recommend going in and fraling with the boys here. They were very nice to talk with and made my phone purchase smooth and successful.
