If you have 5-star sport rims or similar that are meant to see through to your Barrel these pictures show the 'clean' job you get back going here. Balancers peeled off and not cleaned and left exposed. I thought to give them a second try after a first visit last winter when the spring tires went on thinking this was an oversight (this car is also a 2019 and no other shop has changed the tires) and got the same result. Take care and pride in work is not shown here and you should't have to ask for a clean job.

Amazing customer service. For me safety is very important and this company takes client safety concerns very seriously as demonstrated in the manner I was helped out by staff. This is my new vehicle centre for all work I need done going forward!

I walked in a few days ago to get a quote on 2 new tires. When I walked in the girl behind the counter just stared at me like I was in the wrong place. Finally she said hello in a very rude tone. I asked for a price on 2 new tires for my SUV. Not a word from her during this process after her shrill ‘hello’. She then slides a piece of paper she printed out with the price of 4 tires (wrong as I said 2 tires ) I then replied “Oh sorry I said 2 tires” she then rudely replies. “Then it’s half of that” in a rude tone. Sure I get it, obvious answer, but it does not give her the right to be rude to customers. I slid the paper back across the desk and walked out letting her know that she was very rude and I wouldn’t spend a dime there now. I will also tell everyone I know in Squamish to shop elsewhere. Word travels fast here. Customer service is a very important deal in our town. Treat people better !
