We stopped here on our way back from Whistler because my daughter is starting a job and she didn't have the right clothes. They had a wide selection of used clothes that are in excellent condition and at very reasonable prices. My wife was jealous and said we need to take her next time! The woman running the shop was super nice and helpful. I even got a nice Prana shirt for 30

I’ve bought many things from Random over the years. Not anymore. My ten year old daughter, on her own initiative and with her own money bought a pair of sandals for her older sister’s birthday. 20. They were too small. The clerk told me that they could not be exchanged, not even for credit as consignment sales are final. Was this mentioned and explained to my daughter? Probably not. Would she even understand? Probably not, she’s ten. Twenty bucks is a lot for a child. I understand the no refund policy, but not bending the rule for a kid with nothing but good intentions is just sad and greedy. I couldn’t get into with the clerk, for fear of losing my temper, so I leave this review to let Random know they have lost a regular customer.

Great little consignment shop! The staff were super friendly and helpful when I was shopping and indecisive with my choices. Only reason for 4 stars is that some items were priced a little higher that I think they were worth based on their condition. If I could give 4.5 stars I would but didn't get a full 5/5 for me based on that. Definitely suggest checking out this establishment.
Really well curated clothing selection and reasonable prices.
