I have been using Robin MacLeod accounting for over 10 years. They are professional yet very personable and have no problem answering any tax questions I have used them the for my business and real estate investments. Highly recommended.
Always been happy with this outfit and staff, their professional and friendly. However after a bit of sticker shock today where my usual annual bill was almost tripled with no knowledge of anything been different this year, i would have appreciated a heads up phone call explaining why such a massive increase was been charged before been presented with the bill. Hopefully this is a one off situation.
Best accountant firm I've used. Always accessible, and very helpful as they guided me through an estate filing with minimum stress on my part! I will be using them for all of my tax/accountant related needs. Highly recommend.
Don't take the hours seriously. Here at 4:30 on a Friday and they're already closed.
