I've been to several gyms in the area and had memberships at small, medium and large gyms all over the world. This is hands down the best gym I've ever joined. You absolutely will not find a better atmosphere, either the gym staff or other members greet you when you enter but not in an over zealous fake way you'll find at other corporate gyms. The gym is always clean and well taken care of. The locker room is small but has every thing you need including showers that are actually clean and won't give the CDC nightmares! The gym is open 24/7 which is great if you have an atypical schedule, unlike some other 24 hour gyms this place doesn't feel creepy after normal hours or like you are at risk of being attacked. It has hours where staff is there to assist and I've never met a more pleasant staff. Not only are they helpful but they are genuinely kind. They don't try to sell you on anything if you have a question on how to use a machine or do an exercise they gladly help you without trying to talk you in to thousands of dollars worth of personal training sessions. Even when I inquired about my initial membership they were helpful without shoving a sales pitch down my throat which is why I ended up going with this gym. They answered all my questions and offered a tour and just said \I hope you choose us\ unlike other gyms where the staff seems to be more cars salesman than anything else. I highly recommend this gym, give it a month they don't do contracts so give them a month and you'll see they feel like home.

I came to a Zumba class with my mother at Square One Fitness Gym and I had a blast! I burned a crazy amount of calories and had a genuinely great time. The staff was super nice, especially the Zumba instructor Michelle. Additionally, the premises was super clean and well maintained. I will definitely be back.
