tony' service center has been using src oil and fuel for years for used oil pick up, oil filter pick up, used antifreeze pick up. the men and the trucks are always polite and clean.
Found this place by a recommendation from one of my oil suppliers. City of Scottsdale requires and annual service pickup of my auto shop oil trap. Talked to Larry and he explained to clean separator it would be 1.10 per gallon. Previously I was using Fuels for pickups at no charge, but their trucks were down at the time of deadline pickup with city. They finally came, picked up waste and left. I later texted Larry and explained to him that City required a metered readout of amount taken out. He explained his truck does not have metering device for spent material. He claimed this was discussed on sight with my employee in which tech recalls no such discussion. I then asked how did you determine 400 gallons was pumped out? He then explained they have a sight gauge and charge by the job. Then why was I charged 1.10 per gallon according to invoice plus environmental fee....BS. So now Im sure I will be fined by City of Scottsdale for improper documentation. No doubt will not use these guys ever again. Very dissapointed I have to pay them 450 and most likely receive a fine from city. BEWARE! LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR PICKUPS!!!
