Fass started in the year 2001, and it's been active for 16 years and now stepping into 17th year with the same goal and enthusiasm . The main reason for the sustainability is Being Self less. Every one in the team work only for the betterment of Sriperumbudur. The achievements of FASS are many, especially Blood donation Camp and FISC( Fass interschool Competition), Pond restoration. FASS always respect blood donors and honour them on Annual day every year. Conducting FISC is not that easy but FASS have been doing it for several years with the students from 20 schools in Sriperumbudur and the winners will be awarded on Annual day. Water is the major problem in Sriperumbudur, there are many ponds around the city which were once used for agriculture and daily needs. FASS have recognised such ponds and cleaned it. Now the water from that particular pond was directed to Agricultural land. So as mentioned FASS always works for the betterment of Sriperumbudur and the service continues.
