The girl that works in there is always on her mobile phone talking to her mates. She is very rude and unhelpful. I have struggled to get the managers number. Along with this she does not keep the shop open. She goes window shopping. Tried to take my hermes parcel she is refused twice and told me not to come back with the parcels. I had paid for the hermes service. Yet am getting real rude and disgusting treatment from her who works there. I will not return! I was a loyal customer to the shop now am no longer.
