Absolutely could not have been more satisfied with our service here. As the story goes we began to have car trouble 4 hours into our 6 hour drive. Broken down in a car space my boyfriend and I began walking. We’re in an unfamiliar country where not everyone speaks the same language as us. We weren’t sure what to do and spotted this shop not far from where our car was. Immediately they began helping us. When it was decided what the issue was, and that we wouldn’t be leaving town that night, the man (I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name) immediately began helping us. He found us a room at a nearby hotel, drove us there and refused money when we offered to pay for the drive. He was so kind and made what had started off to be and would’ve eventually lead into a terrible day into a great one. He picked us up the next morning and drive us back to the garage, told us everything wrong with the car and gave us an estimated time, then handed us the keys to one of their cars and told us to enjoy the city. Offering us a paper with a few things he think we would love to see while we waited for them to fix our car. I’m without words. Without a doubt I am so grateful to you kind sir. We’re young, didn’t quite know what to do in a situation like this and didn’t have all the money in the world to handle it perfectly. I genuinely appreciate everything you did. I honestly can’t even properly articulate or convey my gratitude. Thank you sir. Thank you so much.
