Recovery of broken down car and even more precious wife, from London to Manchester. Little help from AA (which claimed we were owing one penny on our subscription; in fact after 1.5 hours investigation they found that we had over-paid by one penny). Impossible to tell if or when a London-based garage could or would help and my wife totally stranded in London. Several rescue services unavailable or would not answer the phone. Bud were brilliant, an extremely helpful and efficient person in their office Emma organised everything, and the flat bed rescue vehicle arrived a few hours later precisely at the booked time. Car delivered to our trusted local garage where I was able to collect my wife. The driver, Brad, was excellent, as a driver, and for the friendly support he provided to my exhausted wife. A more pleasant, helpful and efficient team one could not imagine. Worth every penny. In these dreadful times it is reassuring to know that such decent and efficient people exist.

I broke down in London and my breakdown provider used Bud Rescue and Recovery Service. I was given an eta when the recovery vehicle would arrive at my location. Brad was the Technician who came to assist and recover me. He arrived well within the time frame. Brad was very friendly, polite and professional. He got my car on his recovery vehicle with no problem. Brad took me to my final destination, which was in Essex safely and quickly to good time. Thanks for your assistance and help. A big shout out to Brad for a job well done and appreciated. Thanks Brad!!!
