They did a good job in challenging circumstances on a property purchase. We bought during the stamp duty discount when it seems like all solicitors had 2-3x the caseload. Labrums was not super proactive throughout the transaction (at times they were; other times they weren't) but relative to the other solicitors in the chain they seemed pretty fast and never caused any delays so i put it down to the extraordinary volumes. They do answer the phone, which is nice so you can always reach them if something is urgent. You get a single lawyer from start to finish, which is nice. In our case we got a bit unlucky as the initial lawyer retired and then the locum lawyer was away over Xmas ... this meant new people had to get up to speed each time ... but I'm pretty sure you'd normally get a single person who knows your case well. They seemed very thorough and experienced. They were helpful, professional and the process was nice and digital. Not old fashioned. Would use them again.

Labrums were extremely professional and diligent. Their communication is quick and accurate and advice always helpful and balanced. They supported us with a remortgage, transfer of deeds and slightly complex wills. There was a change in lead solicitor part way through and the handover was seamless.
