I had a really good experience here. I was dealt with Sarah and she was very helpful in creating the quote I needed. This was my second visit to a Todd's door (first being in Northolt), so I knew what I wanted but she gave me all the information I needed and was knowledgeable with the questions asked. A tidy, clean store and I will deffo recommend checking out. For the quality, I think it would be worth considering the price. It seems on the higher side but think about convenience and service.

I've just taken delivery of my doors and I feel compelled to write to express how impressed I am with all the staff at St. Albans and throughout the entire company. No matter who I spoke to the level of customer service was consistently outstanding. All the staff were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful. The products were accurately picked and the delivery man was excellent . From start to finish it's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Todd doors and the I can't wait to fit the product

What a pleasure to deal with Todd Doors. Sales guys were friendly and informative. Well laid out St. Albans showroom. Following order, I was informed when delivery would be made and that I would get a call 30 minutes before delivery. And like clockwork, that is exactly what happened. How refreshing!!
