Over the past year . St. Andrews golf shop has had a wee bit of a makeover . It's been painted & refreshed & looks so much better . It also has new friendly staff who bend over backwards to help you . They have a wide range of Clothing & Golf shoes for Men, Women & a small range for Children . And if need be can St.Andrews memorabilia this is the store for You . Including T.Shirts & Hoodies adorning St.Andrews Scotland . There is a large range of logo & Non logo clothing available for you to buy . Unfortunately they no longer have Golf clubs BUT as they are a sister company of Auchterlonies they Can refer you to there store where all the expert help you need is available With a very wide range of ALL the top clubs & New pre - owned shop .

Every time i have entered this shop it is as if i have horns and a tail...NOT WELCOMING AT ALL!! I love to look around and take time to purchase but these ladies make you feel like you are intruding!! I had recently been in to purchase trousers with my husband and as he requested a size to be ordered for him in the colour he liked the lady looked at him as if he had commited murder! Between the huffing and puffing she took our telephone number and assured me she would call when the said trousers arrive in her shop...........she had expected this to be around two weeks. Brilliant!! Being a local its not a problem to return for them and this was arranged...the expected phone call did not happen!! I happened to pop in to the shop on the 'off' chance to see if they had in fact received trousers. I was made to feel AGAIN that it was a crime to even question about my order . The order apparently only just arrived and had to be given a code so they could price them!!!!!! Really????? So ....did she bend over backwards to price the trousers for my husband??? NO!! Told me to come back when she ' calls' me!!! I most certainly will not be back in that shop!! I have worked all my working life with the public and i have come accross so many different walks of life but i have never treated anyone this way and if you happen to work for someone you should always treat the shop or company as if it was your own!! Happy customers return!!
