Pros about these apartments: Modern apartment in a good location. Cons: The building is extremely noisy. Poor noise insulation on the walls. You can hear every single step and every door closed from the other apartments upstairs. We had a really hard time sleeping due to this issue. Also, concierge service is not fully onsite, we had some difficulty trying to check in. Nice apartments but extremely noisy. If I was asked to recommend it to friends... i will suggest them to try to find another hotel or apartment.

Don't stay there. We had bed bugs! Discovered after spending one night. Other issues also, could have tolerated them, but bugs, disgusting. Stayed at Motel One our 2nd night. Very nice place. I was assured I would get a full refund.
AVOID AVOID AVOID Property in unsafe part of town, there is no parking, there is no communication, the parking is 0.5 km away in car park, you then have to walk with cases and family through many street to the apartment. There are a lot of homeless in the shops next door. I have nothing against homeless guys, but a little intimidating with a young family. ( please note that I do understand the situation, I am part of a crisis centre based in Glasgow ) It was just first impressions. The windows are single glazed and it is super noisy as bedroom to front. Property was not set up as promised, we advised this and we were told that if we decided not to stay, we would be offered a full refund, as this was offered we agreed not to stay and drove back to Glasgow. After several emails to the company, we have got no response, we have been duped. We paid 240 for 1 night. We have since had to take legal advice due to lack of communication and the level of deceit involved with this company. There are millions of brilliant serviced accommodation properties in Manchester, this is not one of them, stay away !
A bit grotty. Bathroom smelly due to a water drainage problem. No table or chair to work or eat at in the lounge area. Noisy ( but that’s ok). Not very cosy. Won’t be staying again.
Great place to stay, really enjoyed it with my family, great location, will definitely be staying again.
