This is an absolute go-to store for beautiful jewelry items and other things that other stores in the area may not have. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable of the items in their store and are eager to assist. I collect Christmas decorations so I picked up this beautiful Christmas ball today.
the entire time I was in the store the manager keeped trying to push me out of the store she clearly didn't want me in there. I'm highly sensitive to metals, any questions i asked was met with a very snareky rude remark like \look wer not jewelries wer not trained on this. nor do we care to be that's it.\ would not recommend they have no basic respect for anyone.
Not only did the sales associate lie about their return policy, but we went to another store, after buying a ring, where they told us the silver was of the lowest quality, pretty much painted on. I asked if we could return the ring we bought in the morning and was told yes, as long as in 30 days, then come to find out the receipt said NO RETURNS and the associate said \well we can do store credit.\ This place sells fake jewelry for tourists. Total scam
The selection of gems is okay, it's not necessarily something I would go to just to buy a specific item, but it also isn't a store I would just walk past.
