Terrible experience renting for 1 year. The offices look alright on first glance but they are noisy as hell and the walls are paper thin. You will hear every conversation going on in the offices around you but that's the least of it, the constant work going on around about and the coming and going of commercial vans and lorries makes it hard to think 50% of the time. They refuse to offer basic things like cleaning the outside windows which were disgusting when I moved in. I was advised that I'd need to wait 3 months for the next washing cycle to be completed, as one had just happened, aye right! After being a model tenant for a year, it was time to leave, I gave them the required one months notice. Since then they've messed me about something fierce with the return of my deposit and it looks now like they'll be going back on agreements already made and withholding. I am aware that Stephen is an account and laughably was touting for my business just a month ago. Praise the lord already have an accountant and didn't somehow end up getting further involved with this guy. AVOID THIS GUY AND THESE OFFICES LIKE THE PLAGUE.
