Beautiful little mountain train, which can be used with the local bus and public transport tickets of Sankt Gallen; recommended for everyone who does not want to walk up all the way to the three lakes or only has limited, but rather likes to enjoy a short rope-train ride

Cool little thing that goes up through a mountain. Please note: It is closed until November 18 for renovations!

Was closed for repairs. Luckily we took the baden bus near the train station which took us nearer to the lakes above St gallen. Departs regularly every 20 minutes.

Nette kleine Bahn die den Weg auf den Berg angenehm verkürzt hat. Oben angekommen finden sich rechts die Treppen auf eine kleine Anhöhe mit schönen Blick über die Stadt bis zum Bodensee.

Nette kleine Bahn. Fährt ohne Fahrplan, je nach Bedarf. Angenehmer Weg hinauf zu den Drei Weihern. Wird derzeit Erneuert, hoffentlich bald wieder offen.

Iz samega starega mesta se je mogoće s to vzpenjačo povzpeti na nivo treh jezer. Dnevna karta mestnega prevoza krije tudi ceno vožnje z vzpenjačo. Planirana je temeljita prenova celotnega sistema zaradi ćesar vzpenjača ne bo obratovala nekaj časa
