Had a great time here for the Women's Environmental Network Winter Warmer, where we were treated to an interactive food growing workshop. It's a great Tower Hamlets community - very welcoming and vibrant. Loved the food Co-op that runs here with locally grown/produced food.
Plenty to do, Christine's exercises are really helpful. Also Naz is very attentive and helpful in fact all the staff are amazing and friendly..
Great place that enriches the community. Good people that are passionate about helping people that need it. I hope this place lasts for a very long time
