January 2020 was our first experience with Drew and St. John Concierge, and he will be my first choice from now on. Drew was flexible when we had flight delays and met us with our jeep and snorkel equipment at the boat dock during a crowded festival in Cruz Bay. He also coordinated with our villa agency to meet at the same location and made the entire process simple for five very tired travelers. He was a pleasure to work with and talk with by phone. Plus he had to meet us after regular business hours, which can be tough to coordinate with some of the other car rental agencies. I can't recommend him highly enough.

November 2018 was our first vacation to St. John. Drew Kerr with St. John Concierge Service met us at the dock with our Jeep rental ready to go. Drew took us to Villa rental and showed us how to operate everything. We stayed at the Sanctuary Villa and I have to say it was 'Absolutely Beautiful'. I have included a few pictures of the villa. Drew kept in touch daily to make sure everything was satisfactory. Even when we were in town one night, Drew saw us and stopped and we talked awhile. Drew Kerr with St. John Concierge Service is highly recommended and we will definitely use him in the future when we return. So if you are planning to vacation on St. John, you must contact Drew Kerr and you will not be disappointed!
Drew is always such a pleasure to work with!! He welcomed us to STJ with a cold beverage and our rental jeeps ready to go. He guided us directly to our villa and pointed out stops along the way (grocery store, sandwich shops, etc.). He was always quick to respond to our endless questions about parking, different restaurants, hiking and beach options, etc. He called a taxi for us every night for dinner and recommended one of the most amazing boat charters we had ever been on. He worked all the logistics out beforehand so all we had to do was show up and have a good time! I cannot recommend Drew at St. John Concierge Service enough. AMAZING start to finish experience with him.
Drew and his team at St. John Concierge are fantastic. Great communication and spot on details and follow through. We have used them multiple times and they are always perfection. I would highly recommend using them while you are on the island, you won’t be disappointed!
A huge shoutout to Drew at St. John Concierge Service. Drew not only welcomed us to his lovely island after a long day of travel, he remained available to us throughout the duration of our trip. Drew assisted us with our Jeep rental and even went as far as to inflate our flat tire while we were exploring the island. Drew gave us fantastic recommendations for dining and hiking trails that were not listed in guidebooks. We had a fantastic stay on St. John and owe much gratitude to Drew and his team.
We were in St. John 14 years ago and always remembered how beautiful the island was – and the most amazing time we had! We returned last week and was fortunate enough to work with Drew Kerr at St. John Concierge Service. He managed and coordinated our stay in Turtle Nest in Fish Bay and we couldn't have asked for a better service! He was friendly, professional and very responsive to all of our needs and more! He also arranged for our Jeep rental and met us at the ferry with the jeep and drove us to the charming and private cottage, Turtle Nest. He & Tori welcomed us with a cheese, cracker & fruit platter and much needed assortment of cold beer in the fridge after a long day of travel! During our week long stay, anytime we contacted him for extra information or needs, they were right there to provide help and assist! We had an AMAZING time! It was so nice and comforting to have a 24/7 service during our stay – I highly recommend Drew Kerr & St.John Concierge Service! We cannot wait to go back....hopefully soon!!! January 2019
Drew was nothing short of fabulous and helping us out! He arranged our jeep rental (a nice 2020 NEW Jeep Wrangler) and had it waiting at the ferry for us, ready to go! He also set up a sailing day aboard Cloud 9, and despite a little rain, it was a fantastic day! From the first day we contacted him to the day we left on the ferry, he was nothing but extremely helpful!
Drew could not have made things easier for us. He picked us up right at the ferry and delivered us to our Jeep rental. He is extremely easy to contact and communicate with if you have any questions, and is very helpful with any questions you have about your stay on St. John. I would highly recommend working with Drew to make the logistics of your trip stress free.
