Great dealership that is family owned, small town values and low pressure sales. Every department is knowledgeable, not cocky (like KC dealerships) and doesn’t take one’s business for granted. Sales department low pressure approach and knowledgeable. Parts department Knowledgeable, explains things and will usually always meet other dealer pricing promotions! Service department Good at not over-promising, does what they say, mechanics know what their doing and follow H-D protocols (unlike other dealerships I’ve been to). They also have a 1/2 hour labor rate that other KC dealerships don’t offer for the “quick repair” issues or installations!! This is the dealership to buy your next Harley Davidson motorcycle at, as well as parts and service. Ride a little bit further to save a lot - I did and still do!!!
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The day I was there visiting there was a band, food and beer. Totally enjoyed my visit.

Some buddies and I rode up to St. Joesph Harley Davidson on Saturday morning. We were welcomed by the sales staff at the entrance. While inside looking around we were asked several times if we needed help. I was looking for a sleeveless men's shirt with a skull print on it. A female salesperson went to the clothing storage and found my size with several examples of what I was looking for. I found something to my liking and she put it up by the register till I was ready to pay. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help in anyway they could. I was very impressed how the store was laid out and organized. We all enjoyed our time at St. Joseph Harley Davidson, and look forward to going back soon. Thank you for making our stop so enjoyable.
